Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι κατά την ετοιμασία της προσφοράς, ο εκάστοτε ενδιαφερόμενος να μελετήσει αναλυτικά το Βιβλίο και να υπογράψει για κάθε εφαρμόσιμο κεφάλαιο εργασιών τη σχετική βεβαίωση με σφραγίδα της εταιρείας.
