[1] Η επιτυχής υλοποίηση του έργου εξαρτάται πρωτίστως από την ικανότητα του εργολάβου να ολοκληρώσει τις εργασίες ανακαίνισης εντός του αυστηρού χρονοδιαγράμματος των 4 μηνών. Η τήρηση της προθεσμίας αποτελεί κρίσιμη απαίτηση και οι εργολάβοι οφείλουν να αποδείξουν ότι διαθέτουν τους απαραίτητους πόρους, τον κατάλληλο προγραμματισμό και τη δέσμευση για την έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική παράδοση του έργου. [2] Εργοδότης: Δύο φυσικά πρόσωπα από Γαλλία [3] Η Επιμέτρηση Ποσοτήτων περιλαμβάνει προνοητικά ποσά για: Α. τις εργασίες Αλουμινίων, Ξυλουργικών, Ηλεκτρολογικών*, Μηχανολογικών* και Β. την προμήθεια των υλικών για Κεραμικά, Μάρμαρα, Γρανίτες, Είδη Υγιεινής, Φωτιστικά, Τζάκι (*ζητείται να δοθούν και προσφορές Ηλεκτρολογικών & Μηχανολογικών από τους Εργολάβους ξεχωριστά από την κυρίως προσφορά)
