[1] Εργοδότης: Ένα φυσικό πρόσωπο από Κύπρο [2] Επιβλέπων Μηχανικός: Αρχιτέκτονας από Λεμεσό [3] Η Επιμέτρηση Ποσοτήτων περιλαμβάνει προνοητικά ποσά για: Α. τις εργασίες Αλουμινίων, Ξυλουργικών, Ηλεκτρολογικών, Μηχανολογικών και Β. την προμήθεια των υλικών για Κεραμικά, Μάρμαρα, Γρανίτες, Είδη Υγιεινής [4] Ο υφιστάμενος σκελετός του κτηρίου είναι 100 τ.μ. από τα συνολικά 160 τ.μ. Υπάρχουν διαφοροποιήσεις σε σχέση με την υφιστάμενη κατάσταση, τόσο στο εσωτερικό όσο και στο εξωτερικό του χώρου.[5] Προσθήκες – Εξωτερικοί χώροι: (α) Προστίθενται δύο δωμάτια στο πίσω μέρος του τεμαχίου, από όπου γίνεται και η είσοδος οχήματος. (β) Η υφιστάμενη ράμπα τροποποιείται λόγω της επέκτασης. (γ) Προβλέπεται η κατασκευή πέργκολας στον χώρο στάθμευσης. (δ) Δημιουργείται επίσης αποθήκη. (ε) Οι αποχετεύσεις θα κατασκευαστούν εκ νέου.[6] Εσωτερικές διαρρυθμίσεις: (α) Η κουζίνα παραμένει στη σημερινή της θέση. (β) Η υπάρχουσα τουαλέτα αφαιρείται και στη θέση της δημιουργούνται πλυσταριό και αποθήκη. (γ) Η νέα τουαλέτα τοποθετείται σε διαφορετικό σημείο του σπιτιού. (δ) Γίνεται αναδιαμόρφωση και διαχωρισμός των εσωτερικών χώρων.
