Only Contractors who commit to provide the following, when requested by the project Owner, are eligible:
Evidence of possession of Employer’s Liability Insurance
Evidence of possession of Contractors All Risks Insurance
Evidence of possession of Waste Management license for construction excavations and demolitions
Performance Bond
Prepayment Bond (where contractor requires prepayment)
Contact Details of at least 2 previous clients of the contractor, whose projects were completed during the last 3 years
Photographic material and information on previous projects (Portfolio)
